Ernst Fischer is the son of Yugoslavian parents of German heritage who were evicted from their home during the Second World War and held as Russian prisoners until they escaped to live in an Austrian refugee camp for nine years. Now retired, Ernie enjoys spending time with his wife Sue, children, and grandchildren. This is his first book.
